The host is the same idiot, that stands against womens' rights, the same idiot, that got banned from our forum a couple of times.

The bastard is called MikeeUSA, and he's been around many years posting violent stuff all across the web, acording to google search

It would be a shame for the nexuiz community, to let this guy continue his rage. If it is possible, it would be cool to remove his server from the dpmaster serverlist too.

So ignore the server, and never connect to it!

I joined his server yesterday and saw that it was downloading das tower and wondered if it was his... then his motd had that anti-women crap, so I left some derogatory comments and quickly disconnected

I do not agree with what you have to say, but I'll defend to the death your right to say it.

Even though nobody of us agrees with what MikeeUSA is saying, this does not mean he should be banned from saying it.

HOWEVER, a gaming forum is the very wrong place for that, and posting such stuff anywhere other than in the big "General Discussion" forum is of course worth a ban.

What I want to say is, you can't be supporting open source and freedom of speech and then make the master servers not show his server because of his political views.

Luckily, this is not needed - his server runs with minplayers 6, so it always SEEMS to be occupied, but runs five bots when you connect. So the server is so badly configured that people won't connect a second time to it...

And besides, I never see more than 6 players (all bots) on that server anyway. Today I actually saw 8 players, but it quickly changed to 6 again. No one ever connects to that server and I wonder why he have it up in the first place. Maybe someday he will get the point and take it down. But who knows...

Freedom of speech in this point of view is bullshit. I mean, it IS important, it's basic human right, so you should always have the right to say what you think without fear, but I realy think, that if we're the very nice community, with open minded peoples and if we realy do support our thoughts about basic human freedom, in thoughts and in act, then we can't just ignore someone, who tries to break all of this. And if we have admins in charge about our servers and communiy, we can't just ignore it.
I'm not sure, I'm using the right words, or that I could tell what I realy wanted to tell with this post, but the most least we can do, is that we clearly state, that we distance ourselves from MikeUSA, and clearly state, that he is NOT part of our community.

In fact, I think he isn't part of any community, except the people, who fight against women rights.
