What is the licensing status of the egyptsoc textures that come with the facing worlds map. The readmes are unclear. Are they opensource or not?

If you wanna make a map with 'em, yes. If you wanna get the map to ship with nexuiz - NO.

Ugh, I hate the CC Non Commercial. It's lumped in there with other opensource licenses when it doesn't belong. Could the nexuiz texture artists make some truely opensource egyptian style textures. I might beable to, what technique is used to make them and are there any publicdomain government taken shots of hyroglyphics which I can use as stenciles for the textures? Would anyone help me make normal maps if I did this?

If you want to make textures then look at this threadif you use blender3d:
