I have a question about the DCC's servers (at least DM). Is the server running the 2.3 settings or it's own? I feel as the speed and some weapon damage have been changed. I know at least that switching weapons is faster. I haven't played that much recently so I don't know if this is new or not.
Oh and btw, who is administering those servers?

Yeah, g_balance_weaponswitchdelay is set to 0.05.
Oh and btw, who is administering those servers?
