Demo formats are .dem in the ...data/demos folder.

You need to start Nexuiz to view the demos you recorded.

Once you have the console open, just type dem then hit enter or return to get a list of all available demos. To watch a certain demo just type "ply and the demo name".

Example: ply myfirstdemo.dem

Not directly. However:

Code: Select all
nexuiz -capturedemo demos/DEMONAME +cl_capturevideo_number 999 +cl_capturevideo_fps 25 +vid_width 320 +vid_height 240

plays the demo and stores it as an uncompressed AVI file video/dpvideo999.avi. You can then edit or encode that AVI file with whatever you want. Note that you HAVE to encode it before sending it to youtube - it will be quite large. For encoding, you could for example use Virtual Dub.

Note that these AVI files tend to get really large - with these settings, for example, it would use 220 MB per minute.
1. Open Notepad
2. Paste: ÿþMSMSMS
3. Save
4. Open the file in Notepad again

You can vary the number of "MS", so you can clearly see it's MS which is causing it.

It is turned on. And you enter that on your command prompt.
1. Open Notepad
2. Paste: ÿþMSMSMS
3. Save
4. Open the file in Notepad again

You can vary the number of "MS", so you can clearly see it's MS which is causing it.
