If i put a dedicated server,will i be able to play at my dedicated server at the same comp without causing to mutch lag and all that...?
Intel Core 2 6600 @ 2.40Ghz
2 Gb Ram
10Mbps downstream 256Kbps upstream

Yes, because you have two cores.
But with your upstream, you should only allow up to three players (four including you) to connect (maxplayers 3).

2. Paste: ÿþMSMSMS
3. Save
4. Open the file in Notepad again
You can vary the number of "MS", so you can clearly see it's MS which is causing it.
