Help Creating Minsta Teamplay cfg/

If anyone has one spare could I please have it? I'm having issues creating one myself.

Set up a regular server, with tdm (team deathmatch) maps, this should be quite easy using the examples in the server.cfg sample file that is included with the game.
add "g_minstagib 1" to the config.
voila.
