Actually, there is no box. OH GODS, WHY IS THERE NO BOX!

PLEASE TAKE NOTE : YOUR PURCHASE OF THIS SOFTWARE DOES NOT INCLUDE A BOX OF ANY KIND
IT IS INCLUDED ONLY FOR ILLUSTRATIVE PURPOSES ONLY.

Your copy of Nexuiz will come on one CD or CD-R secured within one CD sleeve. It will be shipped within one reinforced bubble-mailer via first-class US mail.

Says he(she) is a 'licensed reseller per the GPL'... ohkay... maybe the Nexuiz folks should just sell the swag on ebay, and offer a FREE CD OF THE GAME with every shirt purchase, or something like that, hmm.... check out the other auctions... all sales of Open Source stuff that anybody could go find and download and figure out themselves.

For your enjoyment, we have also included on this CD an awesome map pack that will add tons to your gaming experience
This is a community map pack compiled by Strahlemann. It includes 35 maps, and a campaign mode for the user to fight through.
The map pack includes Quake3 communtiy maps, Nexuiz community maps, and some new maps from Nexuiz developers.
Credit is given for all of the authors. To install it just unzip the file into your main Nexuiz directory.

Don't some of those maps contain a clause about not being allowed to be included on a CD?

Shipping costs:
US $7.99

WTF?

Yes and most of them include a "no commercial use" clause...

And he also assumes ownership of lots of screenshots from our media page:

Yes and most of them include a "no commercial use" clause...]

does that include the maps shipped with nexuiz as standard cause iirc that would violate the GPL.

dont say that too loud, because then debian has to take out theyr nexuiz package out of the reps (and so will ubuntu).. since gpl allows commercial distribution, so it would be incopatible to gpl, incompatible to debian.. no more prepacked download over apt-get....

i doubt the debian package includes the q3 map pack. And if it did, i doubt the q3 mappers would give a damn :)
