Is your M a small M or is your S a large S?

You can vary the number of "MS", so you can clearly see it's MS which is causing it.

If it helps div I'm around 6 ft and my waistline is something like 27". I ordered a medium and it fits fine.

I suggesting getting rid of the logistics problem by using www.spreadshirt.net taht wil allso reduce the storage problem, and give us a wast array of different produvcts.. I'd love a nexuiz coffe cup for instance. But lets buy all the remainng shirts first.. and alientrap shold release a full-qual offivial nexuiz logo before any such store is created.
