From my log:
curl --pak --forthismap --as brokenworld_r2.pk3 --for maps/brokenworld_r2.bsp

No, this can't work. You need a REAL download location for that, not just a zip file on a 1-click hoster. As you see, it appends the map name to the URL - which isn't going to work for a zip file, it needs to be a real directory. Also, the link expired -
http://38.118.213.153/6ptruwhmqu+/perso ... 142007.zip does not work for me at all. One-click hosters do not allow such usage of their service, and take measures against this so-called "hotlinking", as you are seeing.
http://hagger.rbi.informatik.uni-frankf ... xuiz/maps/ might show you how it works. This is a real map repository, and you can get its curl_urls.txt on the bottom. If you can, mirror it or build your own. If you really see no other way, use the curl_urls.txt I provide, but beware: I _will_ remove old maps when new versions appear.
1. Open Notepad
2. Paste: ÿþMSMSMS
3. Save
4. Open the file in Notepad again
You can vary the number of "MS", so you can clearly see it's MS which is causing it.
