Its not from cafepress. There are no Shirts in the Nexuiz Cafepress Store.
The european ones are silk screened. I will try to find out which method is used for the US ones.

The process used is heat press transfer vinyl. That is like vinyl stickers but for shirts. it feels like plastic when you touch it basically.
