Screenshots on a Mac

Postby Vanquish » Wed Nov 14, 2007 10:41 pm

When I take a screenshot (f12) it says its stored as "nexuiz/screenshot0000#.gif" (or something like that)

Where does this go? I can't find it anywhere on my computer.

Thank you,

It's located in your nexuiz/data directory.

In my data folder, there is only maps. (.pk3)

Am I looking in the wrong place?

I did a search over my entire computer and it didn't find it.

On linux & mac all files are saved in ~/.nexuiz/data (files & directories beginning with a . are hidden, use "open location" or whatever that option might be called on mac os or search the forum for an explanation how to do that)

Do that http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=25610 and just enter ~/.nexuiz as path (~ is a shortcut for your home directory).
That's as detailed as i my explanation can get, since i don't use osx, if you're still having problems wait for one of the mac users here to answer ;)
