Can you test the same map in vanilla Q3A or OpenArena, to check if maxspeed 320 makes it also closer to Q3A? Maybe some engine difference causes this, and it indeed plays Q3 maps better at maxspeed 320.
1. Open Notepad
2. Paste: ÿþMSMSMS
3. Save
4. Open the file in Notepad again
You can vary the number of "MS", so you can clearly see it's MS which is causing it.

320 is Q3a speed , I use gaz speedometer search for the movie Genesis: The Beginning Of on Utube or own-age.com
connect to bitfreak.demon.nl and check for your self im doing the same map as in the movie

I just verified this in the Q3A source, and committed a change of sv_maxspeed to 320 in SVN (physicsQ3.cfg). Thanks for reporting this bug.

That's alright, I figured it would and I see now it's obviously not what you were looking for. But I mentioned the Q3 physics config in my first post, since you didn't even mention it after that I tried to help in another way. I'm not one to feel insulted by something like this but when someone tries to help you, you could have the courtesy of either explaining why something sucks or simply saying that it is not what are looking for. If you were clearer in the beginning then you wouldn't get this kind of confusion and maybe get an answer sooner instead of getting 10 useless replies and people snapping at you.
