1. Open Notepad
2. Paste: ÿþMSMSMS
3. Save
4. Open the file in Notepad again
You can vary the number of "MS", so you can clearly see it's MS which is causing it.

On my servers, there is a new one:
playermodel models/player/angelyss.md3
Yes, a MD3 model. zym is no longer required, thanks to LordHavoc! Look at the pack you download to see how it works. But the inner workings may be subject to change till the next release, but if any changes have to be done, they can't be big.
