How do they do the slow motion shots?

with the command slowmo in console he made a bind or somthing on his scroll\wheel

Or you use some video editor of your choice and let it render the scene in slow motion...

Or you could speed up your personal time and the avi will be relatively slower. If you need help with your time alteration process, just ask Dr Who.

It might be easier to use the built in slomo feature.
