The Nexuiz front page needs a video, will it be yours?

For those following the threads, you know the new Nexuiz front page will include a video encompassing the latest and greatest features, frags and fun times Nexuiz has to offer.

I cannot confirm a release date 2.4 but I'd prefer to get this video ready in ~2 weeks. This way I can utilize my time working out some of the website bugs and focus on the campaign plan.

I know there are video makers out there more talented than I, and certainly players with the amount of skill that makes the video editors happy to edit. If we can organize some sort of team to get this done, it'll be another successful project born by the love of game.

what about using stuff of all players for a video who r interested... this was in my mind

Is anybody interested? This is something the front page needs. You will be doing a great service to your Nexuiz community. I don't have the time to make one .

I'm interested in the editing part.
HERE is my first Nexuiz attempt. If you browse a little in my profile, there are some more hyperactively edited vids.
And by now I know about "cl_capturevideo 1", DemoKeys and how to get a comparatively good quality on Tube.

640x480 resolution (* most updated recommendation)

30 frames per second
