Well, I also have a problem with updates on Suse, I get a similiar error when trying to install updates..

You could always install the NVIDIA driver the standard way by downloading from NVIDIA's site:
http://www.nvidia.com/object/unix.html

Probably a bit late here guys but...

Did you update from SuSE 10.2 or 10.1 to 10.3 by any chance? I ask because I did and I can tell you that the earlier updater, ('zen update'???), was screwed up in the early versions in a pretty big way IIRC.

I'd try running the 'Yast' - 'Online Update Configuration' again which I think checks out repositories. I'd check if it does myself but I'm downloading a torrent at the moment and don't want to cause a problem in the last hour or so.

I'll try and check later if I remember
