Just wanted to say congrats on version 2.4 release! I haven't played/mapped in a while, too many other things happening. I hope it still runs on my crap old hardware, I'm going to have to try it out.

Yeah, I've been playing this game for a few versions now and it is easily may favorite 'game based on an opensource quake engine'

I fired it up on the machine I knew it worked best on, and (after turning off all the eye candy), it works like I remember, nice new weapons models, and from what I saw, the game looks good. I tried to set up a home server again (practice/testing zone), but it won't start, I have to review the logfile. The menus are cool, have to get used to them zoomin' in and out.

Did you reuse an old server config by chance? the map stuff changed a lot..

I did use the new one, big difference (and a bit more logical), I'll have to review and see if I am missing a setting in there.
