---EDIT---
The above works now in May 1:st hotfix.
---EDIT---
I would also like to bind capslock as in 2.3 and the "win" key. (Could we have different left and right of the shift and ctrl keys?)
If I have, for example, in_bindmap 6 0 I have to set it again before each map round. I guess it was always so. I was told this was because the map voting is done in bindmap 7. It's the same for servers without voting or for singleplayer.
My ping is not seen in-game, neither by me or by other players.
Weapon disappears sometimes and drawvievmodel 1 or 0 doesn't seem to have an effect. When that happens i sometimes can't shoot or change weapons.
Sometimes it's like a movement key gets stuck and I can't release it. I'm being dragged sideways or backwards. Then I'm stuck, mouse or weapon or movement doesn't work. I can still chat and use the console. This does not happen often, takes hours of play to reproduce.
Just open the console with ` or while the menu is visible with shift-escape that will ungrab the mouse and keyboard..
Hmm numlock and win key should work.. are you using glx or sdl? maybe the other one works.. (for me sdl has better support of keys (and deadkeys))
Hmm the bindmap thing might be done regardless of voting. but basicly i do not see a big problem here.. i guess you are the only one that uses an different bindmap..
Ping was fixed serverside.. you need to play on a 2.4.1 (or hotfix test) server to see your ping with cl_movement 0. currently also antilag is broken for you as the ping is wrong with cl_movement 0.. so i advice to use cl_movement 1 and trying to get used to the slowdown? no idea why it would feel different.. imagination?
Hmm are you sure you play on 2.4 server when the gun disapears? It should have been fixed with 2.4.. hopefully
Maybe its something different but i once had a similar problem with the stuck keys, it turned out gnome-screensaver was at fault.. Now i'm using those settings: NOT-TICKED: Activate Screensaver when computer is idle
TICKED: Lock screen when screensaver is active
(the first is needed so gnome-saver does not do the bad thing, the second is useful for having password request after hibernation or closing lid or screen blank from powermanagement. the second can however only be changed when you tick the first for a moment..)
