Are only the points you mentioned there relevant for you?

As I'm one of the head admins of the ladder I was in charge to create the rules (which also includes the information like size, gamemode, mappool, timelimit, etc.), however, the rules also include many more points like manipulations allowed by the client, the exact settings server admins have to use for their servers , and more.

What we need to know is what information you also need beside the one you already mentioned.

I took a look at the site and its not exactly what we were going for, I see that you have a "Ladder", but Tournament Front is about full Customization, so if for instance they wanted grappling hook on in a 1v1 they could put it...

Every Point is relevant, I just listed a few but I know there are probably a ton of Options and yes we need them all to give the players that full customization I was talking about.

Could you list maybe all the Combinations for a 1v1, 2v2, and 3v3?

I am still not 100% sure whether I understand you correctly. Do you mean that you have to setup some custom fields in your system so that every one (players) can set up a new tourney and then can use and setup these fields to his liking ?

Because if you mean it this way it will be quite a long list, when including every server setting, etc. Also keep in mind that this community is so small that only a hand full of "tourney servers" exist, all these servers are free for use for the ladder and tourneys, but they use the ladder-rules set and these rules are already fine and won't be changed. So this means that if someone decides to create a tourney that allows a grappling hook this won't go anywhere unless he can provide servers to play the tourney on that have the grappling hook enabled

If I got this right, is there also a bigger text-area field where one can write additional rules using just normal text, I mean rules that don't make sense to put into a particular field like "size" (1v1) is one.

To give you a clear example of what im talking about, we are trying to get another game as part of our PC list and heres a tournament Creation page we made for them...

We still don't have all the settings there, and again thats just an example, but we really do need a list of all the options, and how do the servers work? Players can't start their own servers? If thats the case then we need an option to pick a server I guess....

Ill tell you what Just give me all the "Ladder" Options and ill have a beta Tournament Creation page created for this game and you can see how it looks and then advise on how to make it better.

Of course players can create their own servers, but I would never play on other peoples servers they run on their own machine simply because of ping sucks and they can theoretically cheat on it.

again, since its a PC game and we have a "Post Proof" button for each tournament, they could take a Screenshot of the cheating and the Moderators (Me) would be more then happy to take care of the conflict.
