Is the song GPL? 
Can I use it as background music for some map? That must be the most irritating background music ever. Maybe it is exactly what augenkrebs is missing...

1. Open Notepad
2. Paste: ÿþMSMSMS
3. Save
4. Open the file in Notepad again
You can vary the number of "MS", so you can clearly see it's MS which is causing it.

Ok, it's GPLv2, just so you can add it to some maps
Btw, I've considered writing a script that could take the MIDI output and convert it to a series of console commands to play the song using play and defer. That could be one of the most hilarious stuffcmds ever.

Either that, or make it output QC code running sound() - that way it might be used in CSQC
