if taking non-free music is not an issue, I'd recommend Pendulum - 9000 Miles, it is a bit more slowpaced and well suited for an "presenting new features" movie (with or without voice talking about what you see). It's not so good for an impressive trailer though, as it is not that energetic.

If intro will be with non-free music, I doubt it will be on the main page of nexuiz and of course won't be included with nexuiz as the game intro.

You can't add videos for the game intro iirc.

Sure you can, but currently only in dpv format (tools for that are in DP SVN).

Why do you need tutorial video inside a game?

As start of the campagne probably. Take a look at Quakelive, there's a bot which explains the basics for you at the beginning, and then you have to play against him.
