How to set all player models same color

First of all.. sorry for my bad English and dumb questions :roll:
currently when someone set his/her colors of paint and shirt both to gray it isn't easy to aim, in some maps such player almost invisible. So my question is: How to set all players models to same color at multiplayer ?
may be I miss this option in menu ?

I saw that it can be made from server side, but in both UT and quake this feature can also be enabled from client

One solution I know is you can ask server admin for fullbright skins.

You can't do it on the client only on the server.

IIRC, this requires manual editing of the colour textures, in dataYYYYMMDD/gfx/.

Simply edit the colours as you see fit, but remember to keep the filenames.

do that if you want to be considered a cheater. Because changing texture files is hacking/cheating.

changing textures sounds like hack and it is not game feature as well, but camouflage-like skin of one player comparing to bright skin of other also is unfair.
I'm not blame anyone who like gray skin and for sure it isn't making him cheater but..

I hate the gray skins I can barely see them and more and more players use the color as an advantage.
Can we just remove hard to see colors from future versions of Nexuiz???

and I thought brown were the new g(r)ey.
another idea that I would like to suggest would be to put different details on models textures.
that could serve as aiming point but also nice to look at while you shove a shotgun in someones face. Then you could look at something perdy while you make someone perdy! HAHHAAahahhehhehihiihi... hi.. hi? .. :oops: *tired* ..

That would be an improvement.
However, would people that use " r_showsurfaces 3 " benefit from that :?:
