as do i...then i put the hidden folder in my Finder sidebar and hid the hidden files again and it stayed there.. :D easy access, and everything can stay hidden.

Maybe you could actually include some Nexball maps so people could play it instead of just looking at the empty maplist on the Create tab. ;)

By the way we also have another major problem....... The encoding dlls that cl_capturevideo uses for Windows were compiled with errors (Or present errors).. And thus crash the game instantly after using cl_capturevideo. I can't record a video with the latest dlls, I had to use the old theora ones.
Do it yourself, or stop complaining.

it tells me that it cant find the libraries to encode ogg and resorts to AVI...has been doing that since the first day i played..is that a bug or what?

For OSX users there are updated libs now, that should resolve any of the issues described above.

You can download the updated libs here: http://145.89.190.27/n/nexuiz-OSX-libs-08102009.zip

To install them do the following steps:

1. Go to the directory where you extracted the Nexuiz folder. Rightclick on the Nexuiz.app and Nexuiz-SDL.app and select 'Show package Contents'.

2. Browse to the Contents/MacOS folder and remove all the libs (everything that starts with lib...), don't delete the nexuiz executables.

3. Copy the libs from the zipfile above to the folder you deleted the old ones from.

4. Start nexuiz normally and please provide a condump if anything fails.

@Space Man

Something seems to be off on your end, and I'm completely clueless why this is happening. To give a little background info this is ONLY happening on the SDL version running on an ancient PPC mac :P. The AGL version does work properly in all cases, and I haven't seen any mess ups with SDL on my own machine.
