Do you use it?
1. Open Notepad
2. Paste: ÿþMSMSMS
3. Save
4. Open the file in Notepad again
You can vary the number of "MS", so you can clearly see it's MS which is causing it.

Nope. I just jump on a server and start fragging.
Perhaps the button could be modified to select a random, non-empty/full server with <100ping to play on instead of the bots? Also could be made outside other menus so you can literally start the game, click once and play.
Just a few suggestions.

I have used it and I sometimes still do, but what I typically do if I want a bot match is just set one up on the multiplayer menu.
