Drown damage questions.

Postby AnArKiSt » Mon Aug 24, 2009 9:24 am

I have some questions about the drowning feature.

1)Why does drowning damage both health and armor, and not just the former?
2)Why do players bleed when they are taking drowning damage?
3)Why does armor mitigate damage to your health from drowning?
My will be done.

Because the drowning damage is inflicted just lilke every other damage, resulting in blood effects and armor compensation.

Also, for 1) and 3), why not? What is "armor", physically, in the first place?
Meh.

Another question: since when is Nexuiz supposed to be realistic, at the expense of a bad gameplay? :p
Meh.

When you are drowning your armor detects it and it extends spikes that add oxygen directly to your blood. Such procedure damages your armor badly and makes you bleed all over the place. I hope that answers all your 3 questions :)
