HOW WILL OUR TOURNEYS BE - 6 NATIONS CLAN WAR -

Postby SinSniper » Wed Sep 09, 2009 1:36 am

this is how i think to run the 6NT

Assigning points

each team plays against each other for only 3 rounds, to the best of the 3. Two points are awarded for a win, one point for a draw and none for a defeat. There are no bonuses for the catch / frags made or to the difference suffered. Wins the tourney who has more points and in case of a tie whoever has the best difference in catch / frags.

Trophies and awards

# to the winning clan is assigned the "Trophy of the Six Nations clan war.
# winning every game is called Grand Slam.
# The last ranked team gets the symbol Wooden Spoon
# the one who loses all matches makes a very undesirable Whitewash

clans involved

are just 6 like the name says, the first to join are those who play, each clan dispute one 3 rounds match vs another clan at the best of 3. Each clan fights 5 opponents overall with the challenges set each Sunday to Sunday. Each clan can join with 2 teams for 2 series, the major and second division, each team must consist of 3 players and eventually
2 reserves for any clan. The names of players must be filed with the 6NT and can not vary during the tournament.

more news to come

EU vs NA has been happening for years in other games franco... look at the clanbase nations cups for UT99, USA has had a strong presence in quite a few of them (always played on .uk servers)
