Hi. What Kojak said is right. There are a few of these hidden servers. Since you seem to play on DCC servers I assume that you live in Europe somewhere, as this would explain why you chose this server (as opposed to playing on North American servers).
There are a few of these servers. In Europe we call them "Ladder servers", because they are being used for the
Nexuiz Ladders, as well as different Nexuiz tourneys that pop up 1-2 times per year

. Anyways, the ladder is not really used anymore, but it still provides a unified configuration for these servers which is used by these ladder servers, so where ever you go on those, the game settings will be the same.
To see a list of these servers, go to the
Nexuiz Ladders page, register an account and log in. Once you selected a ladder in the drop-down box at the upper left side, you will see a menu item "Ladder servers". Click on it to see which servers there are. The list is updated when ever another admin adds a new server.
1on1's which are not played as a part of a ladder or tournament match are usually played by finding players in the #nexuiz.pickup channel. If you have IRC and know how it works it won't be a problem for you to get there. If you don't, and you are too lazy to find out what IRC is and how to use it, you can go on the page
http://webchat.quakenet.org and enter a nickname and the channel, #nexuiz.pickup and then connect.
Once you are in the channel, you can decide that you want to play a game by sending the text:
!add selectedGameMode
For selectedGameMode, use something that is seen in the topic, e.g. Nexrun1v1, or TDM, or 1v1 (what ever game mode you want to play). Once another player wants to play too, he will also add himself the same way. Once enough players have been found to start a game (e.g. 4 players for the 2on2 TDM, or 2 players for a 1v1), you will be notified to which server to connect. Then you play your game

.
Hope that helped.
For further help regarding this, just ask your question in #nexuiz or #nexuiz.pickup, I bet someone will answer your questions.
