it just does not work. ... is this a bug or a defekt download or i dont know.

You can't enter the hexcodes like that, you need to use a hex editor.

Since i don't know any hex editors for mac and i'm too lazy to google: just download http://kadaverjack.planetnexuiz.de/tmp/autoexec.cfg and put it in ~/.nexuiz/data

Yes, that's possible. Open your config.cfg (it's in Nexuiz/data/ on Windows or in ~/.nexuiz/data/ on linux/*nix-based systems) and replace +moveleft/+moveright with +left/+right.
But you should better get used to strafing, since without it, dodging rockets/grenades is much more difficult

Erm, im not talking about "the strafe".

When i move to left/right, the screen leans left/right too. Like in quake, i know we can turn off this moviment, but i dont know "how".

I dont know how I can explain better lol.

That bobing and rolling will be disabled by default in the next release..
set "cl_bob" "0" //bobbing of your view when moving
set "cl_rollangle" "0" // rolling of you view when strafing
