Well i have zoom on mouse5, the hook on mouse4 and the scoreboard on mouse3.
I never had a problem with the wheel or with all three fingers on the mouse. But the razer diamond back is rather broad, has big buttons and a good wheel. Maybe its a problem with other mice.

Those switch aliases are nice but i think if you have each weapon on some key its faster and easier to switch with them. And its more flexible.. Its easier to aim and just click one.. with such an alias it will keep switching back and forth if you keep pressing the button. The weapon switch times are rather fast in Nexuiz but it can still get in your way. Maybe its just because i like to have more control

I've just realized this. I decided to change mouse5 to another alias:

This is not very important and not add new information but
some player ask me how have the country flag in playername.

My pc work whit Windows xp and this work for Windows user (i think):

1) open Nexuiz console (shift+esc)

2) write: seta _cl_name "yourNickName ^2‹^7‹^1‹" ; ENTER

3) ^2 ^7 ^1 are color code for green white red

4) ‹ is special char; u can obtein whit CTRL k

u have to change color code for your country flag
ex.: for french flag change the 1st number with ^4

i remember all color code:
^0 black
^1 red
^2 green
^3 yellow
^4 blue
^5 aqua
^6 pink
^7 white
^8 light grey
^9 dark grey
---------------------------

everybody writes something about the name (fonts) and so on
but no1 writes something about the ingame smilies (characters)

okay now i do

join the game and if u wanna write something then press T then write something (u can write what u want) then press ctrl+s then the normal smilie apears like this one
if u wanna have colored smilies then just write before u press ctrl+s ^3

press T then ^3 then ctrl+s
there are more smilies with ctrl + s w u v t
and just press the other letters then other characters apear

Now we still have an unbound 5th button. What did I do? I put a simple laser jump keybind that switches to the laser, starts firing, and switches back on release. Much easier then pressing 1, then firing, then right clicking back to your weapon.

A really bad idea kid, you will see when your skill is good enough do do trickjumps where you have to use the laser twice or more
