I think Lava flag really improved a lot over it's last few revisions. But I still think it could use improvement. Right now, it's setup so that people who laser jump pretty much run the map. That's just the way it is designed. There is a big alley right down the middle of the map to allow for that.

I also feel, just like with most CTF maps, that there aren't enough weapons, especially around the bases.

There's also no way to get to the very top level unless you laser jump, which a lot of people aren't good at. There really should be a jump pad going up there.

I dunno. I think the basic design seems decent as a starting point. I know I see a lot of moans on Fusion when that map appears. it's difficult to say what people don't like about the map. It seems like the only people that like it are really good at laser jumping.
