Ladder changelog

I improve and edit things in the ladder script from time to time. I'd like to offer a little changelog to keep you posted. @Admin: make that sticky please.

@ Forummembers: please don't reply, open other threads if you want to discuss something

• changed the rankings page so that new registrated players are separated from the players who have already finished matches
• upped the pointrange limit from 50 to 100 points (this means that you cannot challenge people who have >100 points more than you)
• you can now always challenge new players who have 1000 points and 0 matches, no matter how many points you got (you can also challenge them when having <900 points)
• show an error message if you click on "accept match report" button but the report was edited by the one who entered it in the meanwhile

All players that are logged in can now write own comments for matches that are shown on the "Show matches" page. just click on "Matchdetails", scroll down and have phun

• You can now see how many ELO points the challenger got in the Show Matches page. You simply have to point over the result with your mouse and it will be shown then
• Edit profile page was changed. the password has to be changed on a seperated site now (higher security)
• Created a "Ladder servers" page that is available for users that are logged in. It shows a list of the ladder server including further information.

• Changed the way ELO points are calculated because of the voting results in this forum. ELO points are now calculated for each map, get added and divided by 2 then
• Changed the design of the Rankings and Show Matches page (the rows are now colored in black/grey), shortened the "nexdm18_1on1remix" name to "dm18_remix" to avoid the table to blast the designed size
• Removed the "Delete the Match" Link that was beneath declined challenges. It will only show up once the 48h limit has passed (before it was just showing a warning message that you have to wait 48 hours)
• ELO Point Calculator allows now to enter map 1 and map 2 scores instead of just one total score (it depends on the Global Ladder Config, whether 1 or 2 maps are set)
