As you know, the map "Ruiner" is a very new map in Nexuiz and was added to the pool before properly testing it, which was a mistake, apparently. The map is quite small and chances are good that you spawn next to your enemy very often, which is unacceptable for a 1on1 map, because a player doesn't have a chance to get new items anyway.

The goal of this poll is determine whether to remove Ruiner from the 1on1 ladder mappool or not. Please only vote if you already played a couple of maps on that map (and also lost some of the matches on it, to see the dark side as well

).

The poll is open for two weeks to give you more time on testing the map.

depend much on the skill if both player got the same skill it might be interresting but this is near to impossible so

I have to agree, it is way too small... one person can frag the other in allmost every point in the map. This would be fun for instagib, but defiantly not for 1on1.

Well, actually I don't want it to be removed. Hte only problem I can see is not the size, it's just the performance. I could imagin that the one with the decent rig could dominate the other with a weak one...

well i have not yet had a 'real' match on runier.. but i can imagine its as hard as downer or farewell. Maybe it should 'suffer' the same fate as those two maps (i guess the votes for those two will have a higher participation..)
