There's some guy who keeps bouncing, (lasering), me out of the way coz he wants the pickup I'm just about to get. He;s like the 'weapon/armour/ammo' collector from hell coz he actually causes damage yo his own side directlt. Both he AND I get damaged. I think it's gumball3000 or something but I may be doing him a disservice. However. I've crossed him about it and he hasn't responded so I think I'm right.

the absolutely worst mates are the n00bs who have no idea what to do.....
you might imagine many funny things now, but it´s HORROR! been playing on runningman_ctf ´bout 5on5. 3 mates just couldn´t resist the urge of standing on the launch pad (next to electro) and being food for the other team by popping out of the hole WITHOUT even moving....not to mention that you cannot hold a flag 5v2

I get frustrated sometimes when I keep trying to get a weapon and someone takes tons of them all around me but I'm usually content with just the laser. The laser is the reason I fell in love with Nexuiz in the first 5 minutes. I came from q3 rocket jumping q3ctf4 so the laser felt like the ultimate freedom of movement. I dont have to engage enemies most of the time.

For me, the guys that get in the way on my run when I'm just about to cap the flag drive me crazy. Whats worse is that they won't pick up the flag when I die and let the opponent return it. Better yet, they get the flag and run around oblivious.

I can be a bad teammate at times. Some days/maps I get in a different mood and decide to be a camping railwhore. Often I'm the guy with tunnel vision for the flag ignoring some pickups and dying repeatedly, but my persistence strategy works often enough to use it. After all, it is a pub. You better believe if I was in a clan war / tourney I'd be focused on teamplay.

Well, I think the worst CTF players are the ones that don't attend the forum and read the posts. I know I'm less bad that I was a few days ago.

I was also glad to see the Kamikaze players are only considered Most Annoying by 2% of players. Is it my fault I love explosions and flying body parts? Who wants to wait for carnage to come visiting--I love to create my own!

Spawn hogs bug me a lot. I mostly stick with the machine gun (why are machine gun spawns so rare?) cause my computer is a bit slower, and a wall that didn't show up due to lag is a real problem with the explosive-type weapons. Plus, I'm starting to use the alternative fire mode on the machine gun along with zoom as a poor man's sniper rifle. Take that, High Point Nex Campers!

Anyway, my biggest problem, since I don't play with a set team, or clan, is that I shift team colors between maps quite frequently. It usually takes me a couple of minutes before I naturally identify my friends vs my foes quickly enough to either avoid getting fragged, or to avoid shooting my own side. Incipient Alzheimers, probably.

But I suppose I am mightily annoying to some.

However, I am learning to defend a bit, and I understand the point of attacking with help, and sticking around to slow down the pursuit after a flag capture.

The other thing I would like to see is less worry by some players that they get totally maxxed out on armor and weapons before entering the fray. Sometimes, just heading back in with the shotgun for some close quarters carnage is what it takes to hold the fort. It's fun slipping around on all the piles of bones and guts!

I didn't see an option for for people that TK their teammates already at the opponents' base so they can take the flag for themselves, so I voted for the unskilled campers.

God, you might as well respawn in the enemy base with a sign that says "kill me please."
