Does that mean that When you use direct-hit (hitscan) weapons like the shotgun, machine gun, or nex, you 'just' have to directly aim with the crosshair and hit fire. is unclear? Any ideas for improvements??

You have to take latency into account. Usually you have to aim a little bit ahead when strafing.
