Single Player: Lvl 16 too hard :)

I'm in Australia so a lot of the time I play the single player as US servers are minimum 200+ ping.

I was having a heap of fun on the single player ladder until level 16.

I can't get near to winning because the bots are too busy racking up kills wasting each other before I can get to them and have a crack.

Any tips for getting past just this one level?

Anyone else found level 16 unexpectedly hard?

Just test played it.
Seems the bots also cramp up around the teleporter..
So maybe it would work out if you get the armor and the rocket launcher from the other side of the map first. Than head back to the part where the teleporters are using the upper way. Collect the mortar. From the room where the mortar is you can spam both entries to the room with the other armor with secondary mortar when staying on the upper way. That way you should get some kills without exposing yourself. Head back often to the armor you collected in the first place and pick it up again. I hope that works

It's a shame. Such a big country and no fsckin server available. There once was one (I think even twice or three times) but they're all dying after a while. In 2006 there even was a whole bunch of aussie players in the community (e.g. the lovely spamming Gannin), unfortunately they all seem to be gone

I met a few other aussie players on EU servers and I always felt with them, having such a huge ping. A shame, really.

BTW there are a few players in Australia, it is quite cool when you are on a server in the afternoon and as soon as one non-bot log in, a bunch of other humans log it too. very cool

Glad to hear. Well just an idea, try to get in contact with some of the others and get a aussie server? it might be like 30euro, but if 3-5 people join in this 'project' it should be doable..
