Thanks PCL, unfortunately... this is another of the regular 12-year old asshats who think I'm out on a personal vendetta against them because I kicked them long ago (now that I've read his post, I might actually be tempted to go on a personal kickage spree with this loser).

Sorry to say, you've never been on his bad side. He likes to hold a grudge over something that was SUPPOSE to be humourous.

Of course I hold grudges, especially WHEN after I kicked for a good reason, the player comes back with one last hateful comment before quitting. Thinking he can get away with it since he's off the banhammer clutches.

WRONG. The next time I catch you online after a hit and run insult like that, it's a ban. Regardless that it may have been a week before.

If you don't like getting kicked, don't be an asshat. And if you don't like getting banned, don't be an asshat over getting kicked. And I don't see where the 'I'm not a very fair player and kick people who shoot me" comments are coming from. Methinks you are putting the lies on too thickly, my dear. If you have ever seen me ingame, you know I'm either at middle range or at the bottom (when lag is really bad). I don't kick people for shooting me, wtf?!

You've claimed you were Galt's nephew before, as if that would stop me from banning you for bad behavior (are you really? Coz if you were I'd ask Galt to beat the snot out of you for being such a spoiled brat). You constantly make excuses for obvious insults and misdemeanors and never apologize. I do admit I've made mistakes at times concerning teamswitchers especially, but I always apologize.

vcalling a kick against a guy who is so shitty that he is actualy a liability to his team is EPIC WIN. This is teamplay. You support your team, or leave, ****. And the goal is victory. You do your best and cooperate and help others to win or you leave,****. If a team decides to make a **** substitution, i.e. removing the weaker player and letting the stronger play, it is GREAT. Shows how team wants to win. The competition spirit for **** sake. Also if that guy was so pitiful that he got a vote against him called, he should probably practice some bots and or read some basics.txt.

If it was a football game, and you were a judge (an arbiter? no habla inglis), you have effectively removed a player from field just because he asked his team to play as sub for weaker player. I woulda stood by you on that call. I've got kicked for "OBL=GAY" and he though I was referring to him. In fact I was referring to "Other Blue Leader = Going All Yonkers" Meaning of course that the leader of the points on the blue team has gone nuts. Well, what do you expect? OBL is short for 'Oblivion', and gay)) we all know what it means. What you did was saying something that has _high_ chance of getting misinterpreted. When things get misinterpreted there tends to be consequences. In your case you had a bad history with Oblivion, so saying something like that would for sure lead to misunderstandings. It's like if I would go to USA, go in front of the white house and say: "Bush is gay)). I'm gonna go how and fetch some oil and burn the bush down! Death to bush!".
How would you think that would be interpreted? When I _clearly_ (i.e. only I knew what I was talking about) was talking about vegetation, not the president.

One last thing. Saying the word 'gay))' you should expect people to immediately think of the homosexual kind. People don't think "Oh, he meant 'Going All Yonkers'."
Say 'I have bombs' in an airport and you'll rise suspicion, even if it means 'I have big old manly boobs'.

Freedom of speech assures that I can use any name I want on nexuiz server as long as it is not some kind of insult or something (OBL=GAY is kinda weird tho).
