Yes it does apparently. Cause if some kind of security suspects something wrong is going on, you bet your ass they are going to look it up and do an ID check if and all. They do it all the time.
However, that has nothing to do with anything. What took place here was apparently a misunderstanding, and a good reason for one at that. Meaning that bottom line, Oblivion had all the right to suspect it was towards him this was aimed at.
Also, the admins, masters and the maintainers of a server has the power and right to decide what happens there and what is allowed.
If someone changes his name to 'I am aimbotting', don't you think that also rise suspicion? Sure, you are entitled to freedom of speech and whatever, but be prepared for the consequences if you provoke or do something that rise suspicion. That is a common sense which doesn't seem to apply to you.

Oblivion has proudly proclaimed that he is a homosexual. He then bans people that calls him homosexual on a server? That is crazy.

He even uses the word "gay))" himself. To then ban someone else for using it is discriminatory... it is like saying "since you are not part of a Protected Class, you are barred from full freedom of expression and speech". I guess it only works one way... and that creates the resentment that the Protected Class is often complaining about.
