That's why it is so good. The game style differs so much from the other maps. You have to play differently or you'll be pushed off. A good player adapts to the maps a bad player throws away maps which doesn't provide his game style.

Soylent can be kinda fun if you don't play serious with warm up mode

it doesn't matter if your a good player or not, you'll get thrown off due to push/smacking into a wall from an opponent's shot.

in the future ill just camp the top and we'll see how fun people think it is.

well it looks like i m reviving a long dead thread, has any of you regular 2vs2 or 1vs1 guys playtested penthouse ? i have only playtested it many times with don on 1/1 and it is freaking funny! i know the top area is 2 open, but the rooms downstairs, as well as the small balkonies make for suprisingly deep gameplay. Probably its probably just me, (well...and mirio maybe ) that is just 2 keen for this map, but i havent seen it in european based dm servers lately...(sniff : ( ). Penthouse, and that other map ,the one with the underground altar and the multilevel city ruins were also so bloody good for kh. which again, is not so popular nowdays

Final_rage, Reslimed, Warfare, stormkeep and runningman_1on1remix. I like also other maps like aggressor, soylent and toxic, but only because of the action on this maps, not because I like the way how to play them ...
