Please upload a high quality version somewhere. This is unwatchable, even at "high quality"-youtube-setting!

I'd say it's generally ok to upload stuff to youtube, but imho it's better to save as an external avi too, and upload it to somewhere...

Though I have to share the same views as Green, the video quality suxx big time
What you should consider the next time (maybe re-record the whole video?)
-Turn off all hud, chat and system messages - these can be achieved with the proper console commands.
-Use DarkPlaces's built-in video record feature: that way you can produce high quality (as ingame graphics) videos, no matter how much framerate the actual video gets.
-Smooth out the effects
