I managed to get the flag on Running Man in 8.54 seconds and that was nowhere near a perfect run. <8 seconds is possible for sure.

Wow, nice! That will take quite some practice to beat you, heh. 
Do the last laserjump "one jump earlier", you can control the flight very good because of the air control. That should get you down to ~7.5 seconds.

yes i know its not yet perfect 
there are 2 points :
the last laser jump made me lost lotta time
in the little floor between the red and blue part of the map, its possible to take a huge amount of speed with a wall-laser-shot.
