At the times when I have my server up (every so often), I run a config called fastweap.cfg . Your weapons work as you intended there :) (other weapons are re-balled aswell).

The fireball launcher is freakin awesome ,and effective too. Once you get the timing figured you can put the secondary right in another players face, it's pretty hard to walk away from that.
It's so BFG , so hot right now.
