Effects DM & TDM

In DM and TDM it would be better when there's the following, when you die:
- Slowmotion of death (about 3 seconds) with motion blur

- Camara flying to killer with motion blur and deep blur (about 2 seconds)

we need ragdoll physics, and when you die... ragdoll physics happen.

Yes! Ragdoll physics would be nice!

Instead, indirectly flush the higher ranked players so that DM and TDM isn't as broken for the Colonels, Generals etc.
How exactly do you do that? Return all the old Weapon Series stats and Pilot Point stats to normal.
