I have ine advice for you:
First, don't use AntiAliasing if you really haven't to. AA was made for old game consoles like the N64 or the Dreamcast that had to play on low-res CRT TVs and monitors, and give "good" graphics. Nowdays it's quite useless, because the tradeoff of performance of enabling AA vs. rising the display resolution is almost the same, and rising the resolution gives a more natural looking than AA gives. Anyway, if your PC is so brutally powerful that you play with the highest details, at your highest monitor resolution, and you still have 200fps, you can enable AA if you want insane-high graphics.
On High, no AA, 1024x768 : 70 - 150
On Ultimate, 4x AA, 1280x1024: 20 - 60
