32bit color problem on intel X3100

I have a problem with nexuiz

I have a laptop with an Intel on board video (latest drivers installed) and can play nexuiz only in 16 bit color (with good fps, near 60)

If I try to set 32 bit color I get 1-2 fps in menu, barely can restore back to 16bit

I know that Intel video sucks but I have played the Spore game at 20 fps and have 4000 in 3dmark2001 and everything is fine in Nexuiz 16bit mode

Anyone could help please?

I do not really have an clue right now.. but are you sure the desktop is set to 32bit? Other idea would be that on 32bit the graphic memory consumption is too high. Try to lower the texture quality in the menu?

yes, desktop is set to 32bit

and i tried low preset on 32bit - it does not help

looks much like software rendering

duzenko: fixed your post to say nexuiz.

Try choosing Low or Medium quality in the effects options menu, you probably don't have enough memory for higher settings.
