wow. What setting enables that much bump mapping? I want to enable it! :D

r_shadow_bumpscale_bumpmap I have it set to 32. :)

They seem to be a bit distorted up close, but that setting (in autoexec.cfg) definitely gives Nexuiz a grittier feel. Doesn't seem to impact my framerate too much, either. :)

Yes, they look to be bump overkill. They look good but they remind me of my Photoshopping days when I made rusty surfaces for a 2D model design. Ill try more subtle settings later. Can't wait until work ends. :D

This doesn't affect fps. Yes, some look a little distorted, but I still love the look of this. Wait until you all try the exaggerated gloss. :twisted:

r_shadow_glossintensity Beware! Don't set this too high or you'll feel like a kid in a candy store! XD I use a setting of 1.5. :)
