Make Havoc mode laser the default one

I voted no because I see no use for it and it's inconvenient to those who use the secondary to go to last weapon. (And A LOT of people do this)

And I won't make it default for 2.6 because a lot of people agree with me.

I voted no since i really dislike laser secondary in havoc mode. It's basically just a workaround for the laser behaviour being an artifact of another timing bug in nexuiz.. But i do agree that secondary laser should do something else than just switching to last weapon. What i would really like would be something like HLAC secondary on laser secondary.. Something with more spread (more projectiles), less push and a little more damage than primary, so it can be used as a close range weapon and even as the only starting weapon..

I do think nexuiz has too many weapons and these could be slimmed down a bit.
