Trouble building using build.bat batch script...

I am having trouble building with the build.bat batch script provided by divVerent as part of the Nexuiz SVN Build System for Windows.

When running the script I get the following:

Building fteqcc...
make USEGUI_CFLAGS="-DQCCONLY" R_qcc
The system cannot find the file specified.

What is it looking for? Are there any prerequisites that I need to install? I am trying to do this on a windows vista system.

Nexuiz uses Spike's fteqcc quakec compiler from fteqw package http://www.fteqw.com/
