this is gonna sound dumb considering i should know this, but can someone walk me through installing .patch files and make them. i use [-Z-]'s svn build system zip and a current build.

cd into the trunk and do:
- Code: Select all
patch -p0 < name-of-patch.patch

Wait are you using NDT?
if it's properly formated, type:
ndt -p my_patch_name.patch 6933
where 6933 is the 'rev_6933' folder in your dev environment or...
ndt -p my_patch_name.patch /path/to/my/nexuiz/folder/to/patch
to CREATE a patch
ndt --cp my_patch_name.patch 6933
it matches nexuiz_dev against nexuiz_vanilla and spits out a .patch file in the nexuiz_dev folder.
This will revert a patch:
ndt --rp my_patch_name.patch /path/to/my/nexuiz/folder/to/patch

i run windows/unix/KitsuneOS so i can use linux scripts. my cpu doesn't have internet atm but my parents cpu does.
