OK, How would I go about submitting a server code update? (Without SVN, CVS, or anything else)
Basically I made it possible for the mapper to override the ammo settings on weapons,
I'm asking this now before I put some more work in to make the rest of the items have the same functionality.

The easiest way would be, to post your modifications either here or on irc (#alientrap on irc.anynet.org).

As KadavaeJack said - but: you should submit it as a patch. You either do this using SVN ("svn diff > the-patch.diff") or by having two copies of the game code - your modified one and an unmodified one - and then doing "diff -u path-to-unmodified path-to-modified > the-patch.diff".
1. Open Notepad
2. Paste: ÿþMSMSMS
3. Save
4. Open the file in Notepad again
You can vary the number of "MS", so you can clearly see it's MS which is causing it.
