New handling of mirrordamage and FF for 2on2/3on3 ladder

I'm thinking about a change for the mirrordamage and the friendly fire (Friendly Fire = "FF"). First a explanation of what each of these do:

- mirror damage: when shooting your team mate you will receive a small percentage of damage you did to him, the amount of % can be adjusted (default: 20 %)
- Friendly fire: if you shoot your team mate he will receive a specified percentage of the damage you did to him (default 0%)

The default settings are optimal for "free for all / public" TDM or CTF servers, as there often play socalled "morons", who don't know the difference between DM and TDM/CTF, so the default settings won't hurt the victims of these morons, but hurt the moron himself for being stupid.

However, when playing TDM or CTF in a ladder match, the handling could be different. I'd like you to select the way you'd like to have it. The poll will end in a week.

I voted for full FF, as in TDM one should look out for the teammate and not be able to spam the whole map blindly.

Choose that too, I also think one should watch out not to harm the teammates.. that's what teamwork is all about.

I have not voted till now because there are enough morons who keep shooting on teammembers although they know what they do.

I would prefer also to FF=100% like ai and dIM but on public servers this won't be fun.

The FF to 100% - yes, but the mirrordamage raised to 50% - 75%

This is only on ladder servers not a public server poll. So no need to worry about that :) Public servers are better with mirror damage, although I would for it the be FF but what can one do about newbies. :P

How about an additional couple of seconds before respawning for teamkillers? Preferably along with a subtle yellow text message pointing out the error in their ways centered around the crosshair.

off topic. This would make sense for FFA servers, but for ladder matches it would of course NOT make sense!
